to pay A-Rod 275 million + over the next 10 years !!

The deal hasn't been finalized yet but if it is this could result in
A-Rod potentially earning millions more if he hits a career home-run record.

Before you die hard sport fans say Yeah Baby ..A-Rods back!...
Think about this ..When was the last time YOU earned 27 million a year? Aren't you worth it ?
I always think about our fire fighters, police officers, military , medical personnel who REALLY deserve to earn more and don't.
Athletetes and players command the "big bucks" just because they bring in the big bucks for the advertising mogels and ceo's of major companies already making big bucks..

I don't know about you guys but I think it's disgusting when the american public is willing to support the need to pay ONE man 275 million dollars for hitting a little ball rather then increasing the level of pay for America's finest who put THEIR LIVES on the line for us every day.

The Jays have already got a centerfielder and till the Yanks are prepared to take Vernon Wells' settlement I doubt that's enought to get him. Plus that commerce leaves you without a centerfielder. you are able to would desire to area with the two Hughes or Chamberlain possibly the two. that's the reason Santana isn't a Yankee precise now because of fact they does no longer area with their palms. If those are the varieties of deals that the Jays would be relaxing for Halladay then it won't be difficult for Miniya to get him and nevertheless have sufficient left to get Granderson or Gonzalez.

oh, their proposal was sweet ...
they should marry him ...

okay, seriously, I don't know anything about baseball.
but 275 million DOES seem a bit extreme just for playing a game.
Although I wouldn't mind if he shared some of that with ME ...

;O)
