Because I am an idiot when it comes to computers and have been pushing buttons willy nilly I heard from someone saying that I have blocked them. I have not blocked anyone on purpose. How can I tell if I have? Sorry if this is the case.

I think I clicked on block, instead of "add to my contacts"

Click on your avatar (picture). That will take you to your profile. Go to the very bottom of that screen, and you will see a tab labeled "My Blocked Users." Click on that tab to see who you have blocked. There should be an option to unblock them.

You could allow people to email you, and let you know that you have blocked them, as some truly don't know why you have done so, and can not answer any of your questions.
You might want to correct the spelling on your profile while you are there hitting buttons.

The little red circle with a line through it (looks like a minature "No Entry" sign) will be next to the persons avatar. You can unblock anyone you have done it to so no harm done in the end. Just go to your profile page and click onto "blocked users" and undo it there.

No, I'm not blocked by you. You can easily click on the person you blocked's avatar and reverse the block.

If you have blocked them a little red circle with a line through it will appear when they ask a question or answer.
