When a male's body becomes relaxed and the body is being touched not particularly on the genitals but for instance on the upper thigh or something it hits pleasure sensors for a male and he can get an erection.. funny huh!!

All depends on how well the massuesse is and if they are really trained. A good professional will most likely put you to sleep you will be so relaxed, sex will be the farthest thing from your mind. But if the guy or girl doing it doesn't really know what they are doing, they will stimulate, instead of relax you. Not sure I'd ever admit a guy giving me a massage also gave me an erection, though.

Just because he had an erection does not make him gay.Erections can be totally involuntary.Example when a man gets a prostate examine he might get an erection.That don;t make him gay.Ask a doc how many times that happens.
