She diserted almost four years ago, took my kids and assets with her. Now she brokes and asked me to accept her as my wife again. I love the kids and I do love my girlfriend too...I already forgive her, but impossible to accept her as my wife again since her moral characters is very low.
I just prepare to divorce her after my wedding, but somebody told her about my plan to get married and suddenly she came to me....
I'm muslim indian man and right now I really need some advices.

I'm trying to get custody of my kids. Even if they like to live with her mother, I will give financial help for them.

It sounds like you have moved on with your life. You love your girlfriend marry her get custody of the kids and live happy.

You answered the question yourself. If you have moved on and can't accept her as your wife any longer. Continue with the divorce and marry the girlfriend.

if your wife's character is so low, why are you letting her have the kids? sounds like a double standard to me... hmmm... if her morals bother you so much why don't you get custody of those kids? hmmm??? why don't you dump the girlfriend, go back to your wife but only if she agrees to change her morals? that would be the right thing to do...!

You need to divorce her before your wedding. Be sure to send money for the children.
Just tell her that you do not trust her any longer and that you are going to start a new life with someone you can trust.
