Do you think that a '3rd world' country can have all the conviences of a '1st world' country?

Many do. They just aren't as 'modern' as countries like the US, and I find that to be appealing actually. It often means the people live more simply and often times have a better lifestyle.

The "first world" is Europe. The "second world" is the new world of places that were discovered and developed by Europeans later such as North and South America, Australia etc. The "third world" is made up of developing countries.
This way of dividing the world was made by Europeans a long time ago, and reflects the idea that Europe is the most important part of the world. Hardly anybody refers to these divisions today

By definition first world countries have a much more developed economy, so this has to be one convenience that a third world country doesn't have.

Third World is an obsolete term for developing countries that are poverty stricken and lack resources. The First World was supposedly developed countries like France or Germany etc. However there was as many as eight different worlds according to how poor countries were and it was considered a derogatory term to give such countries.
