Some sports bras are designed to compress the breasts so you'll bounce less when you're active.

Title 9 sells a wide range of sports bras, some of which are designed to give you good support without squeezing you so much: http://www.titlenine.com/jump.jsp?itemID=0&itemType=HOME_PAGE

The bra is compressing you too much and is too small or tight. Really, I would only suggest sports bras that use tshirt sizes to girls with A or B cups, after that it's a good idea to search by cup size. If you are larger chested, (DD+) I would suggest Enell sports bras. I have also heard good things about the new Freya Active line. Good luck!

My sports bra, squish my boobs, too. Not, to the point that it hurts, or makes me look flat chested. Buy a medium size sports bra, instead of a small.
I need one because I go to the gym, just about every day. I brought several of them.

ah..... the sports bra uni-boob syndrome. In my experience (we're the same cup size) they do hold them in more...so they don't (lol) bounce around during sports. It shouldn't hurt though.....

It's up to you whether you want to wear it during PE....but especially if you're active in class, I would say yes. You'll be more comfortable.

And with a C cup you look flat chested? What kind of bra was that again? :)
