That's a nice dress! To complement the black ribbon detail, black round toe pumps would look really great with this dress. For jewelry, the simpler the better. Try a strand of pearls and pearl earrings. Diamonds would also look really elegant. Carry a small wristlet or a clutch bag. Stunning dress. Black heels and black bag, both with silver detail. White gold and diamond necklace, and of course the white gold and diamond tennis bracelet.
Many people underestimate white, it's my favorite colour.

black knee boots or stiletto shoes will go nicely with that. accessorize with a silver purse and silver hoop earrings and silver bangles. keep it simple yet elegant!
