Best of all get plenty of sleep, if you can 8 hours is good, do you find it hard sleeping? Do you have stress and worries in your life, these can all add up to looking ill in the face(I know I've been there as a guy)

erm, you would go to the extreme, i'll suggest these...
1. bath your everyday bath in milk tub
2. i believe Olay brand of rejuvenating products is not bad for your skin, but please get experts advise if itssuitable for your skin, i dont want to take any blame for any damage done =)
3. smile always!! it works really!
