I also want to know what you think about each party, whether you come from Australia or not and whether you think John Howard will retain his seat of Bennelong.

If you're unfamiliar with the Australian election, please see http://www.aec.gov.au.

I want to hear your opinions. Make sure you say whether you're in Australia or not. If you know your electorate, please say it with your state. I don't want to know who you think will win, remember! Thanks!

Being a first time Federal voter I will be voting Liberal in Fisher QLD. I currently am a full time university student who is on an AWA at my work. I currently receive well above the award (135%) and have great working conditions.
Howard will hopefully hold Bennelong.

I have been a swinging voter since I could first vote back in 1978. I will be staying with the Libs purely cause my standard of living now is far Superior than what it was back in the 70's 80's and early 90's. John Howard and Bennelong......well he's got a tough fight on his hands but just maybe on the day he may just get over the line.

I am from the electorate of Pierce in Western Australia, a central wheatbelt region just east of Perth.

Personally, I am not much for either party when it comes to funding of regional areas, but at least the Liberal candidate fights hard for the farmers in our region. A lot of them are struggling and if it was up to Labor party they would get nothing.

Labor are out of touch with regional areas and you would be fooled to think anything else. Looks like Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are going to get broadband. That will be good for the rest of us who live elsewhere.

I will be voting for Labor in the seat of Gippsland in Victoria as the neglect shown to the Latrobe Valley where I live in my opinion has become intollerable and I have to believe that with another party in power things can be turned around.

Liberals Have no interest in the common man and have proven that time and time again

Nationals Only want someones tail to swing on as they never have a hope of getting in to power by themseleves

Labor best of the bad bunch at the moment

Greens Some of their Ideas are a bit out in left field

Democrats gone for all money Meg lees destroyed them backing the GST and this election should finish them as they no longer enjoy any trust from the Australian public

I am the seat of Bonner in Brisbane,QLD. It's the second most marginal seat in the country held by a Liberal. Used to be very safe Labor seat.

I will be voting for Labor, in fact I will be handing out how to vote cards for Labor as I can't stand to see us have another 4 years of rule by the Howard/Costello government.

I think Howard will lose his seat in Bennelong which will be icing on the cake for the ALP victory!

What I think about each party:
ALP - Progressive
Liberal - Capitalist
National - Backwards
Democrat - Irrelavant
Greens - Aspirational
