I was thinking, is it illegal to repackage FOOD products into smaller packings (for other uses) & then sell it on eBay as "no name" products??

Trademark Laws are violated when labels of products are removed and no other name are placed on the items. It is unfair competition in sales.

Not only what Fraginal... said, but there are specific health guidelines regarding food manufacturing and distribution, both of which you would then be involved in. These are designed to protect the public health of the country, and are very serious violations.
