It's called Spezzatini. Hunks of tender beef cooked slowly over low heat with salt, pepper, onion, one carrot, boullion, garlic, ginger and tomato sauce. Served on top of balsmati rice. Topped with fresh parsley.

Hummm ... I try not to eat too much red meat, but I do love it so this is tough!! How do you choose? I love spicy beef Chinese dishes ... shredded beef tacos ... beef stroganoff ... big, juicy hamburgers ... spaghetti with huge meatballs ... any Italian dish with beef ... but in the end I don't think much can top a really good cut of steak - such as fillet mignon medium rare - with some garlic butter melted on top! YUM!

I love my mother's beef paprikash it is so wonderful. I also love sauerbratan I think I spelled that wrong it has been years since that has passed these old lips of mine that recipe died with my mother 35 years ago yesterday

Beef u said...u have the steaks then u grilled them u put some chorizo nopales, spring onions, curiander, oaxaca cheese, green sauce and wooow..there u have it
