I must re phrase the question. i thought it was an excellent film , well portrayed on the events and found the end result very moving. did you?

Great film,
"don't shoot until you see the whites of their eyes, chaps".
And yeah, the ending was "pointless".
But that was to show the Zulu's to be a warrior army.

It isn't a case of liking it or not....it is based on a true historical event.....so the ending was known before the film or article it was based on, were event thought of....why is it important for you to know....?????

From memory I think it was very good. Although I don't know how historically correct it was.
