(x-6)(x+5).

The way to solve such questions is to look for factors that multiply to the constant term - in this case 30, so look at 2 and 15, and 3 and 10, and 5 and 6. Choose the one where the difference is the coefficient of the x term. In this case -1. So -6 and +5 spring to mind - hence the answer....
