well growing up in the 70's everything was kinda ugly!
We had a hideous bright orange pretend leather spinny chair, it was great fun to spin in but god it was bloomin awful! Also the wallpaper in my nanna's house was huge blue flowers with some psychedelic pattern going through it - yuk!

My parents had a set of furniture made of walnut, I think, which was so large, heavy and ugly, Godzilla could have kept his socks in them!! When we moved to a smaller house, the furniture couldn't get round the landing corner to their bedroom, so it had to go into mine. I hated that stuff in my room. The wardrobe was large enough to hold an army of monsters every night! and when the draws or doors were opened All you could smell was mothballs! uurgh!

Ugliest ornament..there use to be this lil plastic old santa..like one of the OLD school ones..his butt was sticking out and the plastic was all faded and his eyes fell off and foot was missing..yet every yr we put it on the tree..hah I think I still have it around..

We had a clock with jagged edges it was from Spain I think... or the figurine of a Spanish dancer, looked like a toilet roll holder!!
Has to be some kind of holiday souvenir!! ;0)
Just remembered we had a picture of dogs playing cards, well cheating at playing cards.... lol totally forgot about that one....

We used to have a horrid pink sofa when I was a kid.
There was also a big dark wood wardrobe in the attic that I was scared of. I was convinced there ugly faces staring out at me from the pattern of the knots in the wood!!!

When I was really little, we had this horrible wallpaper in the living room, it was purple and had a pattern that, to me, looked like evil witches who were going to eat me!
