Depends on how you look at it but....

Pros or cons:
You can buy guns, but you can't buy bullets...

More people might sell drugs and do other things to get the money to be able to afford the bullet......

Only rich people could get guns [and bullets]

Wars would probably different.... Maybe there might be use of more biological weapons.... (Might be more cost-effective)

People might start using our fists in a fight

Bullets might be used sparingly and more efficiently.... (No more being trigger happy...]

Hey what about blanks!?

No more practicing at the practice range....

What kind of bullets are these!? [Reusable ones!]

Etc.

in case you shoot plenty, it is going to likely be cheap, if no longer, do no longer problem, that's extra fee-effective to purchase a pair packing containers. Reloading takes plenty to get all started, they sell the presses particularly low fee, however the starter kits run interior the $3 hundred variety, the clicking over $one hundred. those are low fee presses i'm speaking. then you prefer powder and primers and tips, all have long previous up because of the fact that obanana got here to city. Powder is $20 lb, primers are $40 /one thousand, and tips, i do no longer know, I make my very own. in case you somewhat need to flow the reloading path, purchase a Dillon SDB press, in basic terms for pistol, it is the main suitable, least puzzling, quickest, maximum inexpensive, $280 new. All you will prefer is the p,p, and tips. I traded up from the sdb to a 550 b, questioning i became doing extra applicable, The previous press became 10 circumstances extra applicable than the 550, the only benefit I have been given became the rifle circumstances out of it. that's all. The sq. deal B is automatic, the 5 hundred is handbook.

Some people might think twice before purchasing a bullet that expensive. Of course, the drug cartels won't care because they have all the loot as does the mafia.

well for one there would be far more less shoot outs as not everyone can afford this bullet and secondly some suicidal person would plan his or her death using this expensive way to dead thier life
