Faith - I deliberately worded the Q so it said fed up with the details of the case, and yet you said how can anyone get fed up with a missing child.(?)

This will be another load of McCobblers designed yet again to take the heat off the Tapas gang. I will probably watch it purely so that I can answer questions on it afterwards. I hope my TV survives until the end of the prog.because I have quite a mean right foot.

I wont be watching I'm afraid. I used to think of Panorama as a factual program, then they did an episode looking at Ambulance services a few years ago. It was inflammatory and inaccurate, and used scaremongering to gain populist support.
With a topic like the McCanns I believe it is inappropriate for a mainstream tv show to be 'investigating' the case. It is an on-going missing person / murder investigation (depending which side of the fence you sit on) and any viewer grabbing tactics by this show cannot help the real investigation.
I really hope they find Maddie alive and well, but I feel the time has come for the press and media to leave well alone until we are being told that she is found, or that someone has been Prosecuted (not charged) with her murder.

Yes I will be watching! I lost all faith until these new investigators started work on the case! I read in the paper that these investigators have NEVER failed to find a missing child and they believe they know who has taken her and believe she is still alive! I am not gullibul though! There are so many theories to this story now that no one knows which one to believe! I just hope to god that if she is found alive that the abductors have treated her well and that she hasnt been taken by pedophiles as they believe otherwise this poor, poor little girl could have suffered horrific abuse that could scar her for life!!
I know there are many who wont agree and many who will but the parents should not have left the children alone and for that they should pay. It was a selfish act which has caused the posisble death of their gorgeous daughter!! That will haunt them forever! Was it really worth it for dinner with friends and some peace and quiet???

Not fed up with the story in the least. But totally fed up with the clan McCanns attempts at hiding the truth from everyone. The latest makes me laugh.THEIR DETECTIVE AGENCY SAYS "THEY ARE A HUNDRED PERCENT CERTAIN THAT MADELINE IS ALIVE" This is the same agency that was 100% certain that the sighting of the missing child in Morocco was real. One thing stands out ,you cannot believe a single word that comes from Clan McCann. If they are the killers they would have no choice but to continue the charade---------oh ,and as an aside,l bet 1 million pounds that this latest joke sighting comes to nothing.

I always watch Panorama . McCanns or not.
I can't say that I am fed up of the McCann story now. How can anyone just be "fed up" of a little 4 year old girl missing?

so fed up. no more advertising is gonna help the mccanns unfortunately. we all know what madelyn looks like and will sure as hell contact the police or fight tooth and claw to get her back given the chance...but...
other children have been abducted surely? lets give their parents a chance of some publicity.
the media has turned nasty and is turning over every stone in everyone's lives in an attempt to nastilly drag more life out of this story. bbc should be ashamed. i'm disgusted.

I will not be watching Panorama. The whole scenario is a lesson for all of us to avoid trying to 'use' the press in such situations. If it is ever solved, I suspect we will find that the song and dance the McCann's provoked in the international media resulted in their daughter being murdered by her panic stricken abductors.

No absolutely not. It causes me too much pain to even think about the poor little child. If I could do something to help that would be different but I can't so I shall think about something else. I'll probably be on here but then people will want to keep bringing it up, so no escape, is there?

No I shall not be watching this.
I am fed up with all of it as I feel the press have lost sight on what they were looking for.
The press have forgotten about a little girl called MADELEINE.
