It really depends on water intake. If you don't drink any water, around about 4 days. With, it could take up to a month.

lol maybe 3to 4 days without water but if you eat for 2 days and dont eat for 1 you wont be as hungry after as you would of so thats wat i do as im into extreme sports and modeling and acting lol it works but it hurts at first!
