me and my wife are finally having our first baby girl after 4 (most of the time) lovely boys. what is your opion of these names:

Alaska Raine

our boys names are Hamish, Keinne, Rowan & Marley

PLEASE, unless you have specific sentimental attachment to a particular place, don't use it to name your child!
Don't get me wrong, "Alaska Raine" is beautiful...but if you've never been there, why? My finace and I are from Alaska, and we love it for both it's beauty AND it's harsh realities.
Not saying you can't name her whatever you wish, and it is a lovely name, but just take everything into consideration.
In general, I LOVE the name "Billie" for a girl, and steer away from overly feminine names in general. Keep in mind that if you name her Billie (a unisex name still more associated with boys), she DOES have a household full of brothers. It may not be a bad thing, but just something else to think about.
Out of all the names you suggested (I like all of them except for Freya, and even that's okay), I like Lyric. Not necessarily with India (again with the geographic attachment thing), but it is a BEAUTIFUL name that isn't SUPERGIRLY (less teasing from the brothers), but feminine in undertone and is quite unique.
Depending on how it sounds with your last name, I'd go with
Lyric Isabella (or Isabelle)
Lyric Raine (or....Raine Lyric? I kinda like that, too!)
Cirrus Lyric (...the more I play "Cirrus" over in my mind, the more I like it).
Whatever you choose, congrats on the new addition - hope she's healthy and perfect!

Airlie Iris --------- Don't like the first name, love the middle
Lyric India -------- Very Nice.
Alaska Raine ----- Good if you live in Alaska, otherwise I wouldn't.. her whole life people would ask her if she lived or was born in Alaska.. and if she has nothing to do with Alaska.. then she'll look dumb.. so don't do that to her unless she's born or is living in Alaska.
Billie Isabella --- Hate the name Billie .. sounds like your naming another son.. Isabella is really beautiful though.
Cirrus Rose --- Cirrus, visually is so close to circus.. and then I'm not sure of the pronounciation .. is it said as Seer-us or like Cy-rus?? In either case, can't stand that name.. Rose is okay as a middle name, but pretty mundane.
Freya Charlotte---- Freya sounds like an old woman's name.. and it's not very flattering sounding.. Charlotte is okay but very old fashioned.
Anyway.. out of all of them I think Lyric India is my favirote and the one I have to vote with.

I don't like being neg but not too fond of the 1st names. I love the name Isabella though & actually that's going to be my little girls name (Isabella Maria or Isabella Pearl). India Raine would sound good though. I actually knew someone named India & she was beautiful, totally complimented the name. My cousins name's Carlota Renee (Carla for short) & I haven't met another Carla plus everyone always tells me they love her name & how beautiful she is plus it's close to Charlotte sorta :) Iris Raine sounds good too. Charlotte Raine or Rose sounds good also. Sorry guess I wasn't much help lol. Lots of luck!

Since you already have 4 lovely boys I would give your daughter a very feminine name. What about Isabella Rose?

a had Georgia Rayne picked out if i was pregnant with a lil girl so im going to have to go with Alaska Raine....Dont go with Billie no matter what though because i think you have enought boys that your daughter dont need a boy name too..i mean if shes the only girl let her stand out a little bit.. =]
