Yes!
I know this for a fact, my friend was a manager at a local Wal Mart.

There are rules however to parking overnight.

You cant park close to the store itself, try to park as far from the store as you can but within the parking lot still.

But because you are sleeping in a very public place, do not make loud noises or make your RV more noticeable than it should be.
Be sure to lock up well and be alert :]

Most wal-marts,especially the supercenters welcome the RVers since most will make a token purchase at the store.
From my experiance I do not stay in the "intercity" type wal-marts but choose a store in the suburbs.

I think they are. But you should always check with the store manager first as a courtesy.

actually they are---but some managers dont---its best to check with security there or mgmt--TRUE!
