Is their a service or website that will refill your ink cartridge for a low price?

I heard about it but don't remember the site. Also what type of ink do they use?

in Aus we have them I re ink my cartridges, even mobile small business operators. suggest you look in yellow pages for cartridge re inking, look also for printer repairs they could also do re inking, check you local area, ask at local computer store?
