After looking at the formula, you may just want to use a chart.
Before you download the chart, you must know your elevation so you will know which chart to download. Instruction are available on the chart. It is simple to use and will save you lots of time if knowing the formula is not important. Here is the link (pdf files)

Relative humidity can be calculated with dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature.The pressure is not required.
Ready made tables will be available in some web site.

I believe it is impossible. The dry bulb temperature and pressure tells you nothing about the moisture content of the air.
