In an upcoming event in Korea, Tennis players Pete Sampras will be going agianst Roger Federer for a exibition match. Who in your opinion will win?

Yes thats what i thought, but it would be good to bring back Pete when he was at his peek and have hime play against Roger in the Wimbledon finals or something.

My money will be on Federer. If Sampras serves and volleys well he may have a chance. But courts have slowed down since Sampras' days, so his serve and volley are going to be less effective. Then there is the age thing and his lack of competitive tennis. The odds are highly against him.

I am a big fan of Sampras' game. But as much as I like Pete's game, Federer will win easily. Sampras hasn't been playing. Roger just came off a season ending win. Should be an easy match for Roger :)

Of course, Federer all the way. Even when playing against Sampras in his peak Fed-Ex would have such superb cruise control! It'll be really hard for Pete to just break Roger back, coz Pete wasn't that good at breaking the opponents' games. As Goran Ivanesevic said, Pete was a very monotonous player.

Roger. The last time these two met was at Wimbledon and Roger beat Pete fairly easily if I remember right.

Even though Federer is going to win, The win will not come to him at ease , he has to struggle to come over pete(even though pete is quite old)
I like to see sampras again

I say that Federer will win coz he is at the top of his game .
Pete is retired and hasn't played professional Tennis for a long time but i think that it would be a thrilling match.

damn im so mad im getting the tennis channel next friday which means i cant watch it. but i think federer will win, sampra is good but sort of old now federer is still in his 20's?
