Divorce is a dumb option because it ruins the man financially and forces the family to break apart.
So it is not only dumb but an impractical way to experiment.

Everything tht you mentioned above is cheating, be it whether you inform your spouse or not...coz at the end of the day you have to face yourself in front of the mirror. Oh by the way divorce is not the dumb options it is the best options coz in both the ways that you have mentioned above, you are cheating on yourself first and then your spouse so as it is the family is apart just physically its together otherwise mentally and emotionally its destoryed.

Cheating implies that somebody broke the rules. For cheating to occur, there must first be rules. Usually within a relationship these are a combination of both implicit and explicit. If you broke an agreement between you and your spouse, you have effectively cheated, or done the wrong thing.
If you're asking about questions of morality, thats something you have to look inside to find the answer to.
Unless of course you're a brainwashed religion follower, in which case you should turn to your respective bible for life guidelines.

I should say... Let us get back to the basics... Marriage vows are sacred. No adultery is allowed.
Getting involves with another person(s) when one is already married to one person, with or without consent goes against any moral values. Its cheating. Not only you're cheating the one whom you must cherish throughout your life, you are cheating yourself.
Unless of course, moral values have no place in one's vocabulary, then its up them to do as they wish. Don't blame anybody if the sky suddenly falls down on your head. Never underestimates the consequences of going against what is morally right and true. Anything that is describe as wrong have an origin in having devastitingly destroying a persons life if done in continuity.

Cheating is having sex with someone without your spouses knowledge. If you choose to have sex with others and neither or you care it is not cheating. I would not call it immoral. You do not have to live by others standards. If this is what the two of you want it is what you should do.

It's not cheating if you have permission. You can't cheat at any game if the rules have been changed, by all parties, to allow said behavior.

I guess its cheating when when your spouse feel that they can no longer trust you in matter of intimacy.
