I love the name August for a boy, and I don't normally care what others think but I am curious. What do you think of August Michael or August Keith?? All the names are after family members, August is from Augustinus.

Personally I love the name August. We just had a baby girl in January but had she been a boy, we were going to go with August as well. (we were going to name her after my great grandfather, Augustus.. and we were going to use August as a variation)
Anyway, I think August is a beautiful name.
As for middle names.. I love August Michael far more than August Keith. August Michael has a much better flow than August Keith in my opinion.

August is a great name. It's uncommon in this day and age, and it sounds old and distinguished so that it doesn't fall into the trap of 'unique' baby names that people come up with on their own in an attempt at originality. August Keith has an interesting sound to it, but I like August Michael better.

It's a nice name. I don't like Keith though. August Michael is better. But I think it is Garth Brooks that has a daughter with that name (just FYI). I think it sounds boyish though.

I am going to be a little different here. I like the name August as well but I think I would use it as a middle name instead.
Michael August Smith sounds better then August Michael Smith
I also think that your child might appreciate it more as he hits school age .
I know I wouldn' want my peers calling me August, Auggie , Aug.
Keith August sounds nice as well.
