No. We get a paper Friday through Sunday and it takes hubby a week and a half just to read every part of that. If we got a daily paper I'd be buried in news. We get the daily news on the TV.

When we lived in a city, we took 3 newspapers - 2 dailies and a weekly - but having retired into an isolated and underpopulated part of the country, all the newspapers we read every day are the online variety--NY and LA Times, London Times, Washington Post--and fill in the corners with political blogger sites and alternate views from near and far like SmirkingChimp.com and CommonDreams.org.
Basically, once Calvin & Hobbes left the stage there's no fun in newsprint anymore...but thank heavens for the internet!

We don't read a paper newspaper every day......we read the papers on the website. We could read all the local papers from the tip of Scotland to the most southern point of England! We could read all the daily papers too if we wanted. It cuts down on the amount of paper used and saves having to take trips to the recycle bins.

I usually read the Baltimore Sun and the Washington Post
on Sundays. There's enough in both of them on Sunday
to last the whole week. I do the crossword puzzles and get the papers for the TV sections, and the shopping inserts for
stores I go to.
