Well I don't know a lot of factual details for one, and the ones I know I can't be sure of. And as for ideas, as whether communism or capitalism is better, I'm not sure either. I'm not even sure if I like a girl, or love a girl. A lot of hard facts, like in physics, are only theories. The only thing I can be most sure of is, I think, mathematics: simple perfect precision.
However, even for all these things I do think I know, our world that we see might not be absolute reality. We might be like in the Matrix, in bubble tanks on another reality, or in a massive dream of mine. This renders any hopes of absolute facts such as "I exist" or "1+1=2" void.
So..I know nothing.

Some people believe we are born knowing everything and need only to find the means to get it out where we can be conscious of it. Socrates made this idea famous.
The opposite ideas is that we are born "tabula rasa" and must fill the mind. I know this to be true.
Since I know this to be true, I'd have to say--especially in the "information age"--I know very little as a percentage of all knowledge accumulated by man.
