For me, it gets a bit more complicated than that. I'd have to say that it's the shape and fullness of breasts that is more important than size. Of course, there is such a thing as too small and too large.

I think any size is fine as long as the stomach and breasts are not in competition. Although I don't really understand the fascination with huge breasts...I think smaller breasts are easier to carry around without having to wear a bra.

It's really not the size of the breasts that matters all that much...
It's a couple of things:
-Are they in proportion with the rest of her body?
-Do they have a good shape? Are they nice and round?
-Is the areola small, and are its borders well defined?
-Are the breasts firm and perky?
-Is the skin healthy and stretch-mark free?
-Is the skin on the breasts thick and healthy, so that you can't see any blue veins through it?
-Are they relatively symmetrical? (keeping in mind that no one's are perfectly symmetrical, but some women are highly asymmetrical)
The above questions, I think, are all more relevant than the size of her breasts. If she can answer "yes" to most of the above questions, I'd say she's got nothing to worry about.
Having said all of that, I don't think a woman's breasts really matter all that much; it's her mind and soul that counts.

Smile. As a female, I appreciate proportion in all forms. However, my husband is obsessed with mine, which I think are too large for my frame. So, to each is his / her own. Smile.
