Contact the housing authority. They will fax you over a list of all of the things that you need to do, and it is a long list. After that you schedule your inspection and you are good to go. You can do this in 24 hours if your properties qualify.

Finding decent renters will be the hard part, HUD will not compensate you for them.

It is extremely complicated following the HUD rules. You need to take a seminar on this just to see what you need to do to qualify your renters. I wil add more info when I get to work.

i offered a living place anyplace I labored better than a 12 months or stayed in a hotel. reason being when I had a brawl with the owner and that i promised myself on no account to stay in a rented living house thereafter.
