Platonic love is like when you have a best friend, guy or girl I guess, but the love you feel for them isn't romantic but more like the way you would love a brother or sister. For example, I used to have this guy friend who was always hanging out with this girl. I assumed they were dating and he told me no that they were just friends and their relationship was STRICTLY platonic. So it's like loving someone but without the romance, sex, and all that.

Do you mean "platonic" love? This is the love between good friends. You do not have any sexual attraction for each other.
