I like the taste of white bread better,but I eat brown bread because it's healthier.

I prefer the taste of white bread, but it doesn't have the nutrition that brown bread has.. I only eat whole grain bread, and have gotten used to it.

because chances are brown bread is wheat bread
which is low in G.I, doesn't spike the level of sugar in the blood
plus i grew up on wheat bread, healthy family :D
and i am taking physio so that is where the sciency stuff
