It depends on the state. What do you mean by limit? Curfew? Minimum age?

In south africa you can get a learners license when you turn 16. That means someone with a legal drivers license always have to be in the passenger seat when you are driving. No other passengers are allowed. When you turn 18 you can go and get your permanent drivers license. We do the K53 test here similar than the Brittish Drivers Test. With motorbikes you are allowed to obtain a license for a 50 CC when you turn 16 and when you turn 18 you have to do another test to drive any bigger CC motorbike.

Generally around 3000 miles max you run into an ocean on one side or the other going east - west. If you drive north - south you can go from Alaska to the tip of south america.
Rules and limitation vary by age and state of birth. One contest entry per driver. No Yugo may try to drive across the country without a tow truck following them.

It depends. Every state has it's own driving laws. Here in CA you can get a learner's permit at 15 1/2 but there are several restrictions on who you can drive with, at what time, etc.
