Ha. Well I guess you were just posting to see what response it would get, since you didn't give any details, or indicate if you actually saw something like this.
But my ex actually said that she saw something like this once when she was in high school.
She lived way out in the country, and one night in the bath she heard their dogs barking frantically. She looked out the window and saw two shiny eyes. They kind of disappeared into a puff of smoke which turned into a mini whirlwind, and sped off across her yard.
She still swears to this day that she saw this. She could have very well been seeing things, or imagination running away with her. I just do not know. But I always thought this story strange.
You also may have been looking at a raccoon.

Well if this was near a body of water the fog might be around everything. Red eyes are probably a trick of light reflecting off the eyes - just like a camera flash does.
I would check for footprints outside the window (or paw prints). You do need to provide more detailed information for better answers. However, in general explore all natural explanations first.

When asking a question for any of us to help you we need way more than you have given us. We really don't have anything to base a good answer for you. Who did this happen to or is this something that you made up for some kind of attention. Maybe you could pull this questions and give us more information that would be more truthful to us and we would be more than able to answer this question.
I don't want to give an answer that would be the wrong one. I would prefer to honest to you if you could tell us more about this.

You've given almost no information to go on if you were expecting a specific answer. Did you see it? Did someone else? Did you see it in a movie and wonder if is based on a true story? Are you writing a story and looking for ideas?
I'll assume it's something you saw. So what was it? Most likely a dream, as a first guess. If you were wide awake, perhaps you saw reflections from inside the room. Not knowing anything more about it, it's hard to pinpoint it any more than that.

When l was a child l also had a similar experience, but my mom told me it was a cat sitting on the window sill, it sure scared me, if you watch a cat in the dark, their eyes do look weird. Lets hope thats what is was, otherwise, yikes !!

I would say one of three things.
1) Mothman returns......oooooooo scary.....
2) A dream, perhaps intensified or made more realistic by your eyes coming open. This happens sometimes.
3) A reflection in the window of your alarm clock or some other red lights in your room. It looked like two because they are storm windows and have two panes of glass.
How does that sound?

it's outside, because it can't come in, it hasn't been invited; be careful not to leave your doors open. A wide open door is an unspoken invitation that darkies will take advantage of. Demand it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ (if you believe).
