When I worked in a music store when I was a teen, the store's old red vacuum cleaner was named "Christine" after the evil car in Steven Kings' movie, "Christine." The vacuum cleaner often acted up in strange ways!

yes I have name for everything that I own even my bank account I name it moonshine I found out later that it means lots of money or something like that from that show Beverly hill billy I swore it's not a lie I name my dog Julie before I speak English and I name my cat yahoo before there were yahoo it's weird but I think it's because I got wings.

They named the trash compactor at Walmart Oscar. For a long time I didn't know who Oscar was and one night I went to take the trash back and they kept saying that Oscar was broke. Finally, I said, " Is this broke?", referring to the trash compactor. They said, " What did you think we meant by Oscar is broke." I said, " Oh, Oscar is the trash compactor." LOL.

That is a really strange question! I've actually thought about naming stuff but I think I would end up bonding with it in some weird emotional way and people would be weirded out (I'd be weirding myself out!)! Nah....don't think so....

I call my shop vac R2D2 because it looks like R2D2. I also have a toaster I call Burnie. For obvious reasons. I almost forgot I call my smoke detector,... Sniff.

not yet, but my cell phone keeps ringing every often (so much that it makes me and my family annoyed)...and whenever it starts ringing...my sis says, "your baby is crying...go and hold it". oh yes, she calls it my baby because i always have to keep it with me and receive all the calls for my job.
