I haven't seen the extra large marshmallows. But, you just helped me out. I always have to make the sweet potatoes, which I really dislike. I think I will use the colored marshmallows. It will amuse me anyway. lol

Hello ICUNurse: I am more conservative in the mallow department. If I was from Texas, I would probably have to go with the big ones. Everything is BIGGER in Texas, isn't that right? But, being from little old NY, I prefer the junior ones. But there is nothing like marshmallow on yams. Have a good one.

Not a marshmallow fan, but if I do make them with the yams, I use the dainty little ones.

I don't waste them on my yams. I set fire to them over the back patio, let them burn themselves out, and enjoy that way.

I use whichever ones I have at the time, but I like the big ones better. The bigger mass makes more goo, which is good in my family.
Its a thanksgiving dinner staple people. Where have you been?

If they's any left over we uses 'em to seal in the chinkin' of are log cabin where hits a-fell out.
If'n that man of mine wasn't out HUSSY-chasin' alla time he could fix hit up proper-like.
