Most colleges, especially state colleges, don't realy go by plus or minus letter grades anymore. For instance if you recieve a 80% in one class ( a B-) and a 89% (a B+)in another, you still recieve a 3.00 GPA for both classes. As far as your cumlative (or overall average) GPA goes though (3.62) it might still be considered a B+. In the colleges that do deal with plus and minuses the genral rule is a 0 to .99 is an F; 1.00 to 1.39 is a D-; 1.40 to 1.69 is a D; 1.70 to 1.99 is a D+; 2.00 to 2.39 is C-; 2.40 to 2.68 is a C; 2.70 t0 2.99 is a C+; 3.00 to 3.39 is a B-; 3.40 to 3.69 is a B; 3.70 - 3.99 is a B+; and a 4.00 is an A.

That is dependent upon the school. Is this out of 4.0 or 5.0?
Most likely it is an A.

A-. Since an A- is a 3.7 and a B+ is a 3.3, anything over a 3.5 is an A-.

my school's gpa system ranks an a- as a 3.7 and a b+ as a 3.33, so i'd probs say that you're at an a-. but i think it depends on your college; just go to your registrar or check your student handbook!
