I am a medical school student. I know that many of you people find this question shocking and somewhat controversial. I would be interested in getting real bones as in my opinion it is essential to study from a real "life model" as it's the most accurate. Plastic ones just don't do it.
Anyway, is it even legal to sell such things?
Thanks for your help!

There is such variation between individuals that the notion of accuracy is meaningless. The usefulness of real human bones is to see the actual difference between individuals.
Plastic models are generally cast using real bones anyway, are accurate enough for anatomy training, and are a good deal cheaper.
I understand that there is a legal trade, generally from poorer, overpopulated countries, where bodies may be sold for medical research by relatives to minimise or avoid funeral costs.

Yes it is legal. You can order them from Anatomy catalogs. I will tell you you are talking major money.
