HAHA Yes, that happened to me. Very embarrassing and really theres no way to play it off.

Yeah, but I keep waving until they acknowledge me. If they don't I just keep waving to make them feel uncomfortable.

It is otherwise also. When I just kept quiet, thinking that it was not meant for me, I was branded as a person of EGO, and not responding properly.

True, both happen. So we have to be very careful in responding to a waiving gesture, and respond only if we assert that it was for us. Best thing is ti respond with a simple smile so that it will be pleasant for any one, and if it is meant for you also, it will be like responding.

Yeah! Also before when my teacher ask "is your mom from san fransisco", i said no but he was actually talking to the person behind me!
