It's been almost 20 years since i've watched E.T. I just watched the movie again and i shedded the same amount of tears as i did when i was a kid.
I'm not ashamed to let the public know that i get emotional everytime i watch this movie...but i'm curious to know...does anybody else feel the same way?

Yes, i definately do! I watched it a couple days ago for the first time in many years. I cried when i was little, but not because i was afraid, i simply cannot explain why i get so emotional, but i still feel the same way. It brings out weird emotions in me! I love E.T. though, its a great movie!

actually, i can't watch e.t. unless i'm prepared for my own cry fest....it's too much. i can only watch that movie every couple of years.
i'm not ashamed...i bawl like a baby EVERY time!!!

nope, I'm extremely apathetic, and besides most movies aren't based on true stories, why cry over them?

it is a effective....
but i am not a sesetive boy.... and never cry wathcing movei.
but it is common ... the final episodes wear effective!
