"Death Proof" is the better film, but "Planet Terror" is more fun.

Planet Terror is way better, more action.
Death Proof was only good in the scenes with Kurt Russell, other than that there was just way too much talking.

Quentin Tarantino is just fabulous. I've never seen a film of his i didn't like. But Planet Terror I found pretty good, except that part where the girl uses that machine gun for her leg. That killed it.

Planet Terror is awesome. It tottally reminds me of all the direct to VHS splatter flicks my buddies and I used to watch in high school. Hokey dialog, gratuitous nudity and waay too much gore. In other words....perfect.
