How can i find out who is funding them, what their key issues are, and what their attendance record in congress is?

First go here and find your representatives... btw, in the left column, either pick State Elected... or for federal, pick Congressional Directory.

Then go here and find out who is getting what monies from whom:

Are you talking about federal representatives or state representatives?

California doesn't have a "Congress".

You are a victim. You are helpless because of the public school system. I would find a good trial lawyer and sue. I hope you don't plan on voting.

In Pennsylvania,it's called the
General assembly. I really can't help you because Idon't know what state you are from.
