#1... If you are past 7 months, you should not be traveling out of your home nation in the first place.

#2. If your child is born in the USA he is automatically a US citizen. Do not know if he would be a citizen of your native land. Some allow dual citizenships, some do not and you would have to pick one.

#3. If you are here illegally, the fact you have an American born child will not save you from deportation. They could actually give you a choice, go home and take your baby with you, or go home and put the baby up for adoption.

If you're coming here close to term, BUY INSURANCE! Giving birth in a US hospital is EXPENSIVE!
