I presume that you are talking about Yahoo Answers.

If you send it by email , you cant categorise the question as per the topics.

Hence, it may not reach the concerned audience.

So, to maintain the quality of service, Yahoo always make you submit.

because you might have misspelled a word and not know it if you are an expert in typing
