If a person claims to be a therapist, but is not liscensed,, does that mean she's a prostitute.?

I found the web address of a women who claims to be a therapist of life, love communication in relationships or single sessions oh and group sessions. But she is not licensed, is this a sneaky way to advertise prostitution?

Maybe, or maybe that sort of therapist doesn't require a license in your State.
