I would aloud my self to grieve in the process.Feel the pain, feel the anger, feel the sadness.Might make me feel depress but stronger at the end.bad and good experiences are there to teach us a lesson and to trust in God.versus if I isolate my self because of it ,and don't reach out I might end up all depress like the other week.To Seek professional help if necessary.Don't stay by my self,to know we are not alone .and knowing is OK if choosing to have space.all is going to be all right,There is a reason why people from the past are not in the present ,or will not be in the future anymore.Stay strong,be brave and Pray.Take care of yourself .

Cry, hurt and then you move on. Learn from mistakes and be honest with what means the most to you in a relationship.
Everything happens for a reason.
Your heart will heal and you will find someone better. Don't ever give up. I haven't. The right person is looking for you.

Someone I love is gone forever... It was hard to start with. Its important to let yourself be sad, its natural. Have a cry when you feel like you need to, find someone to talk to. Write in a journal when it all feels like too much. Involve yourself in life. Give yourself time.
It doesn't get better but it does get easier

I have. It is important to realize that those that pass live forever because of how wonderful they are. They live forever in our hearts and through time as we speak of them to others they come to live in their hearts too! Everyone is loved by someone, aways have been, always will be, as you are, as I am.

If anything happened to my husband I don't know if I could handle it. I would at least need a ton of extra meds to make it through the day.

I lost both my parents before I was 30. My mom was the hardest. It'll be 2 years next week since she died. I cried, I still cry, but you gotta keep on living. It gets easier. I have my husband, he's great. It's hard............
