Here's my argument in her favor - I can't think of anyone who plays the total "woman" quite like her... wife, mother, "woman in trouble", victim, bit#h (on occasion), flirt, sinner, savior, sexy, companionable. Anybody else notice? Or am I just a sucker for a great pair of legs?

She definitely has become one of Hollywood's greats especially in the soap opera scene. Some of her thunder is stolen from Phyllis though - both are superb actresses. It's not just her beauty that captivates, I wouldn't say you were blinded behind a great pair of legs.

She definitely is not the best actress in Hollywood but she plays the hell out of Sharon. She has almost died how many times this year, like 4. No one cloud play Sharon better.

NOT EVEN CLOSE. If so she would have transitioned into a movie star like Julianne Moore and many other truly talented actresses that catapulted their careers from soaps.

I don't think she's the best, but she's pretty far up there on the "best" level! She is a great actress and plays the role of Sharon quite well!

I wouldn't say she's the best actress in hollywood hello she hasn't even won an emmy- i dont think... there are alot better soap actresses then sharon case starting with heather tom, sarah brown, vanessa marcil, rebecca herbst, alexis (general hospital) i could go on

i dont know her very well.but i personally think that nicole kidman is the best acterss that hollywood ever had.im not saying that because of her beaty but for fabules plays
