my friend is a teacher and she was telling me of this boy who when he was 6 punched a girl in the mouth for no reason and couldnt understand why he was punished for it. had sex at the age of 10, and when he was 14 threw a chair in the middle of a crowded hall way and hit the teacher in the head. he then took a gun to school when he was 16 and also would sell some drugs at school. the thing is the kid is very intelligent, i would say above average. he lies constantly and sometimes causes fights between other childeren. has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

It starts at home. Maybe the home environment is the cause of these violence.

Children in a normal home environment will not act like this.

Guidance and a parent figure is required.

There could be a psychological reason for it, or it could stem from the environment in which he was raised. The only way to know is through therapy. If he suffers from something like schizophrenia, there are medications for it. If it stems from his environment, then he will need to learn the differences between right and wrong, and how to respect the lives of other people. This will take some time.

Yes. Some people are born without the ability to feel any remorse for their actions. This causes them to commit vicious and cruel acts.
