I'm sorry, was that a question? Normally you ask something. No wonder you're having problems in English class, you can't even produce a coherent thought. Did you jump the border to get here?

I had the same problem at school i hated it and all of the teachers there. My English teacher was a mole and a half and did all the same things like what u r saying. But when i look back on it now i didn't really give her much of a reason to like me or even help me out. What i am saying love is from the way that you wrote your question it doesn't look like you really pay much attention in English. So the teacher is probably thinking why should she help you if you don't want to help yourself.

Welcome to the world. Life is not fair and you will be treated unfairly many times in your life. Your problem is that you are up against someone that has absolute power over you and enjoys it. You can't do much in those circumstances but suck it up cause that's what she wants. It makes her feel very good to be able to do this to you. Take a good look at her and ask yourself just why she does that. She probably has an inferiority complex around her peers so she picks on you or she is one of those professors that thinks they are in line with God and really has no manners and no life experience and enjoys flaunting their power-I call the second the Napolean complex-little person with big ego. Of course her actions are unfair if you are telling the story correctly. If you come to class unprepared and then want help, you deserve to be ignored. I can't tell. But anytime someone opposes you, look them over and figure out why they do what they do. It will help you to start to learn how to deal with figures in authority to your best benefit. Sage piece of advice I got long ago. Always say hello to your teacher when you walk into class or in the halls. Treat her with respect. Sit in the front of the class and come prepared. Always answer at least one question she asks in class daily. Your grades will go up. It never hurts to have people in power like you and think you are well mannered and respectful-whether they deserve it or not. How you act reflects on you. How she acts reflects on her. Good luck.

I seriously doubt your teacher hates you. Secondly you state that you raise your hand but she doesn't see you. If she doesn't see you get up, take your work with you to her desk and tell her you need some help. If she gets upset by this (which she shouldn't) then go to her after school is over and tell her you need some additional help. You should also tell your parents you need some help with English. There is no reason to feel bad about needing help. No one is perfect in all subjects and everyone needs help at some point.

ok first of all you need to sit down with your parents and tell them about whats happening in this class.
tell your parents how you arent getting the help you need from the teacher and explain to them why.
your parents will probably ring up the school or want to talk to your teacher and/or principal.
dont worry if they do, you will probably get changed to another class but at least then you wont be failing english anymore....
(plus the teacher will get in trouble) which they should. they get paid to teach you and obviously its not working out.
good luck

My only advice I can really give you is to speak to your parents about her. Let your parents know that you are finding it hard in that class and the teacher will not help you. I dont want to scare you off but your Mum and Dad need to talk to the Headmaster about this, its not your fault so dont get worried about this. Teachers have a job to do like everyone else and if she doesnt want to help her students/pupils then she should not be in that kind of job. So speak to your parents about this cause they dont want to see you get bad grades at school.

talk to your teacher and explain that you cant get the assignment done b/c you don't understand or need extra help. responsible teacher will always do whatever it takes to make the students succeed. what teacher wants a room full of kids that cannot do their work or are not learning? it would reflect badly on the teacher.

Tell her you don't understand the work, if your teacher does nothing, talk to the principal or get a tutor.
And I doubt the teacher hates your friend for no reason.

this might sound corny but if your serious about wanting help write her a letter. don't put anything mean in it and tell her that you want her help and you don't feel like she's helping enough. this is a way that shows your interest in doing better and may help her see what you need from her as a teacher. good luck

Life is unfair. But, we are measured by our challenges.
That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger!
If you spent half this energy just doing the work, you'd be an "A" student!
And, what's with the clique? Dump the dummies, and get smart!
