I was on hourly for a very long time, started a new product with my company. They had me go on salary and said I had to cover day and night shifts, so they don't have to hire another supervisor and they will make it up to me in bonuses. I never got the bonuses...who do I talk to?

Depends on the law of your country - and of the State/Province if it's a Federal country - and you didn't tell us where you are.
