I am constantly baffled at my own existence. I do not know why i am here, what i should be doing, or whether any of this is even real. Im guessing everyone is baffled - even those people who believe our lives have a God given meaning and purpose which can be found in the Bible.
Yet we're not bothered by it so much. We think about how absurd and meaningless it all seems and then the next minute we head out to work, go to a movie, and what not. The absurdity of life lies in the fact that we pursue it with so much passion and energy, and yet we are not even sure what's it all for. Some people can't find a meaning, and some people assume or consciously give a reason to life. Someone who judges that life is not worth living may commit suicide, and those who feel they have found some meaning to life may be inclined to even die or kill to defend that meaning. That's how absurd it all is.
Anyway, if there is no sense of purpose we will not be living and merely existingl. WE EXIST and that's all that matters. And what should we do and how should we live? Whatever makes us happy and content i guess. Our own peace of mind and happiness, AND that of others around us should be all that we strive for. We ARE and we should make the most out our existence. I believe we should stop looking for reasons to live and just live. Your only reason should be, "idk, just felt like it." (isn't that how it always is? im not sure. dont wanna think about anything right now. im actively pursuing to see the final sentence of my essay thats due in hours and see it all come out of the printer already).

Yes. For some reason, especially when I am driving on the freeway. I am constantly overwhelmed by the feeling that I am about to wake from this bizarre dream, but I haven't yet. Maybe it's all the weed.

Not really.
I am convinced existence is a belief anyway.
It is all an illusion , only thoughts!

I gave up on trying to figure that one out. I've found peace in just accepting it.
