nope. he has the SB's and a great season but that is not even close. he needs another 5 years similar to this and he could surpass.

For starters, Unitas and Bradshaw played in a COMPLETELY different era of football. Although they were extraordinary QBs, they truly can't be used for comparison to the QBs of the modern era.
I think a more accurate comparison would be to Montana, Steve Young and Dan Marino. The answer is YES. Here are just a few record that Brady could/should equal or exceed:
Season Passer rating:112+ (Young and Montana)
Career Completions: 4967 (Marino)
Consecutive Completions: 22 (Montana)
Games with 400+ yds: 13 (Marino), 7 (Montana)
Games in season 300+ yds: 9 (Marino)
Those are all accomplishments well within Brady's grasp.

Of course. But, no need, because Tom is still playing, in fact he's having a break out season, and the total extent of his greatness still escapes most. He's seting records so fast it's hard to keep up with them. After this season, with his 4 superbowl wins, and his team coming back, and Tom coming off a perfect season and the greatest season any quarterback has ever had, Terry and Joe will be afraid to look Tom in the eye. They'll know, but Tom won't stop. He'll come back and win his 5th superbowl, and then everyone, including Terry and Joe, will agree Tom is the greatest of all time. And he's still in his prime. It's truly an amazing story.

Yes.
So should Peyton Manning.
They're head and shoulders above the rest in their time.
Just as Bart Starr, Brett Favre and Roger Staubach were in theirs. There have been a lot of very good quarterbacks in terms of arm strength, leadership, running ability, etc. But there guys are all able to escape the primary rush, roll out either way, use arm strength and savvy, see the field, lead and throw the ball consistently. And they've all lasted well.
They're all very very good.
I think they're a notch above Dan Marino, Norm Van Brocklin, Bob Griese, Dan Fouts, Bill Wade, John Brodie and John Elway for that reason. They're all good...but these guys can do a few extra things--and if they do it for ten years, they deserve the praise. My bet is--they could be just as good with any team that could give them protection.

No, his championships should be asterick'd due to Spy Gate. Tom Brady is not tough enough to have played in the NFL when Unitas was on the field.

He is already being compared to Joe Montana, so why not. But I would still like to see what he could do if he was on the Dolphins roster.

Bellichick knows what calls to play, but Brad is good. I watch the defenses though, and don't understand why they let these guys run simple routes for td's. It's almost retarded.

I think he is already considered one of the best all time. He will be a hall of famer....even if he were to retire tomorrow.
